To do this you'll need to try and get upgrades on your saurus. The complete nub strategy is wall off/cage with saurus, use skink chains to hand off and score from far away.
#BLOOD BOWL 2 LIZARDMEN GUIDE PRO#
Nice skills to get on him: stand firm so he can't be pushed, juggernaut (if you want to blitz with him, which I wouldn't necessarily do), guard, break tackle (so easier to reposition), on doubles, you can access block and pro of course. If he goes bonehead nonetheless it is unadvised to reroll because big guys like the kroxigor have loner, meaning that one times out of two, the reroll will be wasted and useless. Fortunately, the bonehead trait is one of the least harmful, if you roll a 1, he wont move and loses his tackle zone, meaning his tail is useless, so sometimes it's fine to just leave him as he is and not block with him. Personally, I don't always put him on the line of scrimmage at the start, because having him stay in the back in defence allows you to use his tail to a maximum potential. Use him carefully, his tail makes it really hard for enemies to dodge out of his tackle zone.

The Kroxigor is one of the best big guy in the game. With stunty and dodge, they have a very high chance of succeeding at dodging, meaning you have to play the running game with the skinks, outmanoeuvre your opponent, sometimes through transmissions (it's safer once you have catch on one skink for example) but passes are extremely risky! On the other hand, your skinks are clumsy, and they are frail, with stunty, they get KO'd really easily and they dont have high armor or strength, but they are hard to get! You can pick up skills that would improve their scoring ability, like sprint, sure feet, catch, diving catch, but you also need defensive skinks with wrestle for example, diving tackle, sidestep, shadowing, it's always good to have those so they can be useful even on defence! On doubles, block is pretty neat, but also sure hands. Knowing that, some skills that people consider on saurus are block to make it safer to block with, but also break tackle (uses strength instead of AG for 1 dodge) so you can use their high mobility (6!) for a 4ST piece more efficiently, or guard, to assists other saurus blocks. The saurus have 4ST but no skill and high movement, but with 1AG it's more than unreasonable to dodge with them, it's suicidal because unless you roll a 6, it's a failure. So you protect the skinks with the saurus and the kroxigor. You can't really without them, so it's your main weakness, a skilled enemy knows you only have so many skinks on the pitch, and if they are all out, you can't score.

But they can't handle the ball, in that they are unique, because most teams are either bashy and slow, or fast and agile. Lizardmen are extremely fast and extremely strong.
